A space where the piece you selected begins its journey, folded carefully somewhere beyond your reach, already on its way toward you. We think of that moment often. The in-between. The anticipation. The small, private knowing that something chosen with intention is already moving closer.

This page exists to gently guide you through that process.

The Journey

All orders are shipped within the United States, and shipping is always complimentary.

It feels important to keep that part simple. To remove friction where we can, so that what remains is the experience itself.

Each piece begins its journey from one of our partner locations. Because of this, delivery times may vary slightly depending on where your item is sourced.

Most orders arrive within two to ten business days.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information so you can follow it as it makes its way to you. There is something quietly reassuring in watching that movement. Mile by mile, closer to your door.

Separate Arrivals

At times, pieces within the same order may travel from different places.

When this happens, they may arrive separately.

Nothing is missing. Nothing is forgotten. They are simply taking different paths to reach you.

Each shipment will have its own tracking information, so you can follow each one individually.

Processing & Changes

Orders begin processing shortly after they are placed.

If something needs to be adjusted, we encourage you to reach out as soon as possible. We will always do our best to help where we can.

Once a piece has begun its journey, however, it cannot be redirected or canceled.

A Note on Timing

Delivery windows are estimates, not guarantees.

Occasionally, there may be slight delays due to factors beyond our control. Weather, carrier slowdowns, or seasonal volume can all influence timing.

Even so, each order is moving steadily forward. There is a rhythm to it, even when it feels momentarily out of sight.

Returns, and the Care of Things

Not everything is meant to stay.

We understand that sometimes a piece does not feel the way you hoped it would. In those moments, we offer returns on eligible items within seven days of delivery.

To be accepted, items must remain:

• Unworn

• In their original condition

• With tags still attached

• In their original packaging with the SKU label intact

Return requests must be made within seven days of delivery, and items must be sent back within seven days of approval.

Before You Send Something Back

Because each piece is carefully handled and fulfilled through our partners, return conditions are important.

Items that do not meet these requirements cannot be refunded.

We gently encourage you to move with intention. To review sizing on each product page, to consider the return policy, and to ensure everything meets the requirements before sending a return.

This kind of care helps support what this is becoming. As the brand grows, so will the ability to bring more of this process in-house. For now, your thoughtfulness makes a real difference.

Return Shipping & Refunds

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless an item arrives damaged or there has been an error with your order.

Once your return is received and approved, refunds are processed within five to seven business days.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Pieces That Cannot Be Returned

Some items are final, for reasons of care and closeness.

These include:

• Swimwear

• Bodysuits

• Intimates

• Jewelry

These pieces are not eligible for return.
