A Few Things to Know

This space was not built all at once, but gathered slowly. Piece by piece, image by image, idea by idea. What you see is a collection in motion, shaped with care and intention, and still becoming what it will be.

Because of that, there are a few practical things worth sharing before you step further in.

On Orders & Their Journey

Shipping within the United States is always complimentary.

It feels important to keep that threshold open. To make it easy to take something home when it speaks to you. Each order is part of something still being built, and your presence here matters more than it might seem.

Most pieces arrive within two to ten business days, depending on where they begin their journey.

Some items travel from different places, which means they may arrive separately. If they do, you will receive tracking for each one, and can follow them as they make their way to you.

Orders begin processing quickly. If something needs to be changed, reach out as soon as you can. Once a piece has begun its journey, it cannot be called back.

On Returns, and Being Thoughtful

Returns are accepted on eligible pieces within seven days of delivery.

To be accepted, items must remain unworn, in their original condition, with tags attached, and returned in their original packaging with the SKU label intact.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless something arrives damaged or there has been an error.

Because each piece is carefully handled and fulfilled through our partners, items that do not meet return standards cannot be refunded.

We gently encourage you to move slowly when choosing. To read the sizing provided on each product page, to consider the return policy, and to ensure items meet the requirements before sending a return. Thoughtfulness here helps support what this is becoming, and allows for a future where more flexibility can be offered as the brand grows into its next chapter.

Refunds are processed within five to seven business days once a return is received and approved.

On Certain Pieces

Some pieces are final, for reasons of care and closeness.

These include:

• Intimates

• Jewelry

These items cannot be returned.

On Sizing

Each piece carries its own measurements within its product description.

Because the collection is gathered from different sources, there is no single standard. It is always best to read the details provided on each individual page before making a selection.
